1. Raw Material Selection: Premium Carbon Steel & CR-V Steel

All tool raw materials are purchased from formal large steel factories, each batch of steel comes with material inspection report. We distinguish two raw material production lines separately: carbon steel for household and gift tool kits, CR-V alloy steel for professional auto repair socket sets. Unqualified raw materials will be returned directly without entering production process, eliminate quality hidden danger from source.

2. Core Process: Heat Treatment For High Hardness Tools

Heat treatment is the most critical process determining tool durability, and also the core advantage of our factory compared with small workshops. Our independent constant temperature heat treatment production line completes quenching and tempering for CR-V sockets and wrenches, control tool hardness in standard range, balance hardness and toughness, prevent cracking or deformation during use. Ordinary carbon steel gift tools adopt low-temperature shaping process to keep product cost competitive.

3. Precision Machining & Anti-Rust Chrome Plating

After heat treatment, tools go through stamping, grinding, polishing and chrome plating multi-process: 1. Precision cutting to standard metric size 2. Multiple times polishing remove surface burr and sharp edges 3. Bright chrome plating layer to form anti-rust protective film The finished tools feel smooth, corrosion-resistant and long service life for end users.

4. Multi-Stage QC Inspection Before Shipment

Three rounds of full inspection before every bulk order delivery: 1. Semi-finished product inspection after heat treatment, test hardness and torque resistance 2. Finished tool appearance inspection, check plating peeling, deformation, size error 3. Finished set full matching inspection, confirm tool quantity, bamboo/plastic packaging integrity Defective products will be picked out and replaced to ensure zero defective rate for loaded containers.
